Hi there, thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. We endeavour to advertise items and provide clear despatch information during this process to ensure you are aware of when the item will be despatched, and most importantly when payment would be submitted. We do from time to time experience delays, especially whilst our suppliers were closed owing to COVID19, which has negatively impacted our timings. We would like to apologise for these extended delays and have been working hard with our suppliers to reduce these, where possible. Within normal working conditions, again we do at times experience delays, but do provide email updates should the original despatch times change. I have previously fed back to the relevant department feedback of similar nature to ensure that the information we are providing is visible when submitting your orders, and they will review this feedback. Hi there, thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the way in which we package our products. We package them in a way that makes them suitable and store within your collection, however, should you choose to remove your items from the supplied packaging, that is of course your choice but not recommended by us. I would warn against removing any products that have been struck to a proof quality, as these have never been touched by a human hand during striking and would potentially reduce their value greatly.
