We had a fantastic time. Everything went like clockwork. The hotels were a great choice. A special thank you must go to Ryan his services were excellent as the national guide, also the local...
Really enjoyed the holiday and the national tour guide Nancy Du was far far better than we had expected she really made a massive difference to the holiday

Thank you for your feedback and we note your disappointment with the hotel in Beijing. Please be assured your comments will be passed onto our office in China who are currently in the process of reviewing the hotels we will be using in 2015.
We are delighted to hear you otherwise enjoyed the tour and thank you for your kind words about your National ******, Gump.
Kind regards,
Lorraine, Customer Services
