Our National guide Tony (from Xian)was outstanding - the best we have ever had. He was very knowledgable and made everything fun, even the long coach journeys. Everything went smoothly and...
Michelle, our National Guide was brilliant - very helpful, knowledgeable, and positive and the whole tour covered many of the "must sees" of China, including getting to know the culture.
Excellent. The staff could not have looked after us better, any question was always answered and they always showed a genuine interest in ensuring that our tour was a success.

Most impressed as the couple of times that I had a question prior to the departure, they were answered immediately. The staff clearly have an interest in providing a First Class service.

No complaints at all. Our tour guide Linda was exceptional.
The National guide who accompanied our tour was exceptional, keeping a very disparate group of people well informed whilst at the same time displaying an unflagging sense of humour to pull the tour...
Suggestion: Ensure all Customer Service Staff in the UK know that it is both possible and very straightforward to organise Wheelchairs in China, in advance, with Airlines and Hotels
The UK based team did an excellent job and answered all my questions.
