Spoke to Steve - very helpful and charming chap and received all paperwork through a few hours later as promised. Seemless and fast process.

Great service and our holiday to China was promptly put together for us.
Prompt response, (over weekend) enabled me to confirm booking and provided satisfactory answers to my various questions.Representative having direct experience of my chosen excursion was most helpful.
