Matt was very polite and helpful. He explained everything very clearly. I asked him lots of questions and he was more than happy to answer all my questions. I felt very reassured and well informed.
I spoke to Matt to book a Japan tour next year, he answerred all my questions and left me confident that I had made the right choice. It was a pleasant and reassuring experience. Thank you!

We knew what we wanted but the agent completed the booking including the flight selection simply and efficiently
We attended a roadshow and committed to our first tour with Wendy Wu. Been wanting to go to Japan for a long time. The staff were friendly and the presentation was informative and interesting.
