Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback following your recent tour. We were obviously very disappointed to hear you were not pleased with some aspects of your tour including the service you had received from your guide.
We can appreciate that the service you received has caused you disappointment which is regretful, as we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and enjoyment of our tours.
This seems to be an isolated incident as previous comments about your guide have been positive including a member from your group. We have nonetheless passed your comments over to our China office for their review.
Please note that some early starts are required as to avoid congestion in attraction areas; both traffic and tourist crowds.
Please rest assured that your comments relating to the member of staff Connie at the Elite Flower Garden Hotel has been passed on the our China office who will in turn forward to the Hotel.

just great would use Wendy Wu again and would reccomend you to others
The service was very professional and all the staff I dealt with, from the booking and visa application through to the tour guides, were knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service.
Willing and able to offer slight tweaks to their standard package. Happy to look at flights with various carriers to enable us to select the best option, especially as we don not live near London.
