Initial process was very good, telephone advisor excellent. I found the form filling time consuming as there was no advance notice of the items that would be required prior to starting (Photos etc.)

Excellent customer service experience.
I booked via phone as opposed to online as I had a few queries & requests that I felt would be better dealt with by a human rather than a computer.
