Please be assured we will share your comment in respect of the delivery with our team - we can see that your order was placed on the evening of the 22nd October and was delivered on the 27th. We would love to sell all our products to as many retailers as possible but this is not always possible. I'm afraid retailers usually decide what products they will stock. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are so sorry to hear of any inconvenience caused by you not receiving the tracking information when your order was dispatched. We can see that the tracking number was not added to the order on the order system in error - this meant that an automated tracking email was not sent. We have investigated the events surrounding the details of your review and can see that you contacted our team on the 22nd October and the customer care team responded to you on the 23rd October. The customer service team subsequently sent you the proof of delivery with the tracking information and an image of the delivered order. This included the DPD confirmation that the delivery was made on 23td October at 12:47. We have since replied to your correspondence regarding this matter. Having spoken with our Consumer Care Manager, she has informed us that you are aware we have referred this matter to DPD and asked them to provide further details of the delivery. Please be assured, we are treating this matter as a priority. It is very rare that the order number is not provided as soon as the order is dispatched, so we sincerely apologise that this was the case with your order.
