Boxes arrived opened and hole in box, but dogs and cats love the food

To be honest was disgusted.. £70 spent on dog food.. no info when the items were supposed to be coming or call or text.. the box arrived all battered and bashed and opened...... not taped down...

No We Did NOT get a refund for the trouble. We got an exchange to the normal food and got the difference back as it's a cheaper food. Of the money you Owed us

Laura, i paid for the Au Naturale Range.. i got the cheaper version puppy food. they returned the difference between the cheap puppy food and the au natural food which i said they returned my money.. that is not a refund.. look i will prove it to you.. Shipping issues

Frequent buyer and the dogs love the food but same as last time, we lost a few tins due to shipping damage. In this shipment we lost 8 tins that were burst due to the way they are packed and shipped.
