Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service received. We have looked in detail at your order and correspondence with us and can see that the delivery was refused when delivery was attempted - which is why it was not received. As is normal procedure, if refused, the order would have been returned to us. We can also see that you emailed us on the 6th November and we replied to you on the same day, 6th November, asking you if you required a refund or a replacement. You did not reply to our email. I have reviewed all of the correspondence and our Customer Service team did everything correctly when trying to help you with your order.
