Misleading picture

I was trying to buy a tub of treats, the picture was of a tub, I received twelve packets, the picture needs changing, as it is misleading.

Hi Lauren, we're very sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, this a one-off system error and I believe a member of our team has since issued a refund for you. We are expecting stock of the kitten food to arrive within the next couple of days. Kind regards, Melanie

Some pieces too big but excellent service. Why can't we buy it from the lathe Asda aldtorrs anymore if we run out before your delivery?
