Hi there, after looking into your situation and your order details, it shows that you selected the Royal Mail 48 service not the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 service option which would have provided you with the proof of delivery you are referring to, e.g. a photo and we do provide this option at checkout. The Royal Mail 48 service you selected provides a date and time as well as GPS coordinates of where an item is delivered and the tracking information for your order shows that your order was delivered and has GPS coordinates which match your delivery address. You were informed of this when you contacted us and our team helped you by getting you a contact email address from the courier for you to contact regarding your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot get specific information about a delivery address due to confidentiality reasons but and we cannot control the delivery of the item after it has been despatched. We do however apologise for any inconvenience caused.
