Thanks for your feedback. The method of print we use is dye sublimation printing, this should leave the image set fast and it should not rub off. If this is the case, I would appreciate seeing a sample, which we will replace. If you could drop it in an envelope to us. Just Put on the envelope FREEPOST UK LANYARDS and it will get to us. No postage required. Please Put a note in side with reference RMA 5990. Thank you. Kind Regards Customer Services
