Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the print quality and colour of your lanyard. As this order was placed online for a single lanyard, it was printed using the artwork submitted during the online design process. During this process, the design tool highlights that any fine print is unlikely to be visible once printed. Fine detail can therefore lose clarity when transferred onto the lanyard material. We would be happy to offer a complimentary reprint. However, the fine-detail logo would need to be simplified or reformatted before the item is reprinted, to ensure the best possible print result.
