Poor product, all lanyards came unstitched

I ordered two lanyards, one came unstitched, it was replaced free of charge (helpful) but sadly this came unstitched again, and so did the other one. So three out of three came unstitched. They will...

Thank you for your feedback.

As per your feedback when you first contacting us we replaced one of your lanyards free of charge however we feel that on this occasion your lanyard is that badly damaged that it couldn't have been done by general wear and tear.

I agree that it is not general wear and tear - it is a faulty product which has come undone three times, hardly a coincidence that all three broke in the same place after hardly being used.
