Not impressed with the product

Ordered 2 for a sample before considering placing a large ordder but the Lanyards which was produced was not very good quality and the print ink looked faded and could not read the text and the depth...

Thanks for the response. We do look at jobs submitted online and generally The lanyards are only 20mm or 25mm wide, so if you have micro text or small logos they generally won't come out clearly. We would recommend, once you have designed your lanyard check the proof that is emailed to you and get in touch with us straight away if you feel the clarity is not correct.

Waste of money - terrible quality.

1 star only because it arrived quickly. Print quality was atrocious and looked nothing like i believed I had ordered. The price for what I received was terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback.

I have looked at the lanyard you have ordered with us and I can see that the artwork you provided us with is quite small which would result in not the best print. With an experienced in house artwork team we do offer the service of checking self designed lanyards to increase satisfaction in our products. The lanyard as you design it on the website represents how your order will look once printed, a proof is also emailed to you for your records before we move into production.

I do apologise that on this occasion you wasn't happy with your design, if you wish to place any orders in the future we would be more than happy to help you with the artwork.
