Artwork Approval process - confusing

The ordering and approving artwork process wasn't very clear and as such, we missed out deadline.

Hi Jean

Repeat orders can be placed directly via our website and don't require a proofing step.

I believe on this occasion you contacted our office to place the repeat order. We sent out a quote to you and a proof for approval. You promptly paid the quote but the proof did not get approved until our chase emails went out. which prompted you.

Apologies for this causing you a delay, we will look at our systems to see how we can improve the communication in this circumstance.

I am sorry to hear that you were not totally satisfied with the lanyards you recently received.

We have checked a sample that we held on your order against the artwork that you uploaded and what we have printed is a fair representation of the image supplied.

As stated on the proof, your lanyard is only 20mm wide so the detail is compressed into a small space and we have represented this as you designed it.

Regarding delivery, your order was placed on the 6th October and posted to you on the 13th October - 5 Working days. Again the despatch date was provided to you at the point of ordering and also on the proof. You could also check the progress of your order using the link on your order confirmation page.
