Disappointed

Disappointed with the quality of the tape, looks cheap and not as robust as lanyards issued by NHS. Do not like the shiny appearance of tape used. Also, cost of postage and packing was ridiculous....

We don't use a tape, we use a smooth woven polyester, which is stated and shown on our website and on the proof you received.

Yes the material is different from the shoelace or ribbed lanyards that the NHS issue, however I can assure you that the lanyard is robust and we have had no complaint on this issue from the 750,000 we supplied last year.

The product is also better for use in the NHS environment as the wording and colours do not come off the lanyard and also the lanyard can be put in the washing machine, if put inside a pillow case or underwear bag.

Your order was also dealt with very speedily, the original despatch date was the 5/1/18 however we managed to ship before Christmas on the 21/12/17.
