Awful service

Customer service very bad, pantone colour on the website do not represent what is printed, definitely will no be buying from we print lanyards again

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to match the colour references that our customers provide. Unfortunately, different monitors display colours differently depending on how they are calibrated. Colours on a computer monitor display in RGB whereas the dye sublimation print process is in CMYK. I know that our customer service team arranged for several complimentary test prints to be posted to you to try and reach the colour that you required in order to assist you and we are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed about our customer service and products.
