Hello, We have replied to your corresponding email this morning and investigated the reasoning into why you have a colour issue. You had used our online tool for colour code and selected RGB (8,17,6) the print of the lanyards was true to the RBG colour printed. We also had advised on our email to you a discounted rate on a reprint and complimentary test strips to maintain a correct colour for you, however we have not had a returned email. We are sorry you are not happy with your product and again ask you to contact the team if you wish for this discount on a reprint.

Hello, We have spoken to you by email this morning in reference to the colour issue, and raised an investigation to find the colour you had designed online was true to the produced lanyards - RGB (8,17,6) We also offered a discounted reprint rate with complimentary test prints to post out to you to maintain you have the correct colour, and we have not heard back. On this occasion we are sorry you are not happy with your produced lanyards and will await to hear from you if we can help further.
