Great service but I feel the watch strap should have been cleaned as the clasp was still dirty. My previous supplier made the steel strap shine!!

We are truly sorry about this. We do usually clean the bracelets in our ultrasonic machines.
If you would like, we are more than happy to post a pre-paid envelope to you so you can return the watch to us for a bracelet clean. Once we receive the watch, we would be able to return the watch back to you within one week.

3 watches sent in for repair... due to my varying locations it took me a while…
3 watches sent in for repair... due to my varying locations it took me a while to get them back but they were very patient.
I will be using them again.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received. Checking back I cannot see that we had the specific details of your watch, in order to fully advise if possible prior to receiving your watch. This was why we requested to see the watch, before giving a definitive answer. I am afraid even with our expertise, as you say, it is not possible to advise without first seeing the watch.
