Not received despite paying premium for speedy delivery.

Product purchased and paid for on 18 December. Its 29 December and still hasn't been received. The company needs to change its delivery partner.

Dear Sir, We are terribly sorry, but we were let down by Royal Mail during the run up to Christmas, as agreed by email we have now refunded the cost of the postage. We hope this doesn't distract from your enjoyment of the product
