David Waterhouse說了有關 Water-to-Go:

Very poor flow of water

Explain that the water flow is very slow before people buy

Dear David, If the filter has been fully activated by soaking in line with the instructions, you can easily empty the bottle, 3/4 of a litre in under a minute. Although this is slower than a bottle without a filter, it quenches your thirst and is providing guaranteed filtered, safe, clean drinking water. You selected our classic black rigid bottle, our active range has a squeezy shell and so you can 'push' through an extra gulp if required.

Very helpful staff

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The product will be very useful for me when travelling in Africa. The downside is the shape of the 500 ml bottle makes it difficult to fit in...

Hi Kerry, Thanks for the positive comments on the service. You selected our ergonomically designed 50 cls bottles, made to fit the contours of your hand. Our active bottles are more streamlined and fir rucksack side pockets no problem

Drinking through the nozzle is harder than I’d expect even when squeezing the bottle.

Hi Stephen, Please ensure the filter is fully activated by soaking for at least 15 minutes. This will speed up the flow rate. If you have not used a filter bottle previously, the flow IS slower but that proves that the filter is doing its job and ensuring the water you drink is safe to consume. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us at info@watertogo.international
