Tried to contact the number 3 times to sort a couple of queries before buying policies, couldn’t get through so gave up, emailed twice, no reply got a phone call 2/3 days later

However, we apologise for the difficulties you experienced when trying to contact our customer service team and that you did not receive a prompt response to your email. This falls below our usual expectations in terms of customer service.
