Hi, thanks for your feedback. We send feedback requests after a policy has been purchased to get your views on the sales process as obviously not everyone claims on their policy, so we would receive far less feedback. It would also be far more difficult to respond to feedback after a claim and maintain data protection as most claims circumstances are very individual.
