Hi, Jane. We hugely appreciate the feedback and this isn't a normal occurrence for us. I'm SO sorry it happened, I can assure you it won't next time. Hopefully, you've now received fresh coffee, our goal is to get the coffee to you at what we think is the best time to drink it, 7-10 days post-roast. I've also popped you an email with a further note, keep an eye out.

Very disappointed

Disappointed. Have ordered previously and been impressed. This time I ordered and not only did I not receive what I ordered, I've had no reply to my email asking for an order replacement.

I'm SO sorry to hear that we fell significantly short of our usual high standards of service here. It looks like your order got caught up with our Winter Tasting Pack preorders (completely our fault!). Further to this, I've just managed to seek out your email kindly letting us know this (it somehow landed in our spam folder, again completely our fault!) I know it doesn't fix not having had the right coffees over Christmas but we've got the right ones headed out to you today and please check your email for a further apology for this. We promise this experience isn't like us.

Excellent coffee and service

Brilliant service, messaged on Instagram having missed the Christmas delivery cut off and had a very quick response the following morning, ordered and collected 24 hours later.
