We would be very happy to work with you and your doctor to ensure the claim was filed correctly and you received the proper benefits. If you would email us at Oklahoma@visioncaredirect.com and tell us who your doctor was we will look into your account. If you have been overcharged we will fix the situation and get you a refund.
