Never arrived. Sent follow up email, yet to be responded to. Paid more for "express shipping" and due to not receiving it yet, I've already bought the item from elsewhere. Would never buy from here...

I'm extremely sorry your delivery never arrived. I'm unable to find your email I'm afraid, but I can confirm on the system that your package wasn't delivered. I've re-packed your items and will send them out today. While I realise this is way past the acceptable time to resolve your issue, I only came across the review today I'm afraid.
