Good plants

Very good service, plants arrived in good condition and at the times of year stipulated. Only thing I don't like is the lack of care instructions, just a leaflet would help.

Good afternoon, I’m sorry to hear your Acer Bold Duo plants are struggling and that you didn’t receive care instructions. It’s not unusual for young plants to have a slender stem initially, but crispy leaf edges can indicate they need more humidity or careful watering. These maples prefer a sheltered, partially shaded spot with well-drained soil and regular watering, avoiding waterlogging.
