Packaging is great, coffee is great, have already recommended to all my pod using friends :) The only thing I’d improve is the time it takes from order to delivery, but that might just be this time...

Nice product, great service.

Had some issues with the pods (flavour is great though, it was more to do with the performance of the pod), and they responded very quickly, and worked on a solution.
