I found the coffee a bit bitter and a bit strong, but my daughter loved it.

Hi Sharon, really sorry to hear this! Our Medium blend is 100% Arabica, but it is roasted quite dark to cut through milk (as over 90% of Australians drink their coffee with milk we felt this was appropriate). Great feedback for us to have though, maybe we should look at backing it off a little bit. Glad to hear your daughter loved it… At least it didn’t go to waste! Thanks, Toby : )

Hi Jane, I’m really sorry to hear this. Coffee is subjective and we always knew it was going to be difficult to please everyone with such a limited range. Thank you for your reply Toby. No I don’t want a refund but thank you for offering. I only bought 4 packets to give it a try as I know I’m fussy!
