Thanks so much for the kind words about the #14—so glad you’re enjoying the flavour!🙌 Sorry to hear a few pods didn’t pierce properly. We recommend giving the grid plate a quick clean with a brush to make sure there’s no coffee build-up around the piercing needles. Sometimes oils and fine grounds can block things up a bit. Also, giving the pods a little shake before popping them in can help loosen any compacted coffee for a better flow. Really appreciate your support and feedback, and we’ll keep working to make every cup a smooth one! Cheers! 😊☕
