I was notified that the seed order had been despatched the day it arrived; I was notified 3 days ago that my bare root plants had been despatched and so far they haven't arrived:very patchy.
i was sent the wrong product (resolva) with my order but was told to keep it with their compliments and the correct product was sent very quickly. Very happy customer
