Great customer service in showroom. Easy ordering and proactive follow up on order. Item was out of stock but they quickly offered me an alternative. Would recommend Universal Fans.

Excellent service. They were very responsive to an issue I reported and were able to resolve the issue in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Universal Fans.

Arrived quickly. Hasn’t been installed yet as reno commencing next month.
the young lady attendant understood my issue and showed me the chosen fan on the display board. Pleasant/knowledgeable/efficient ---- superior to Bunnings !!
I never received one fan . Ordered two got one. Absolutely devastated. To fo through flood then to be short one fan and no one can help me

While transport is beyond our scope, rest assured this was raised with our partnered courier and we have been in frequent communication regarding the estimated time of arrival of this item to your shipping place.
