The fan I ordered was dispatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition.. Better still the fan is very quiet and exactly the size I needed.

We will pass on your feedback regarding Saturdays.
Also we’re sorry to hear that our return and refund processes didn’t meet your expectations. Our restocking fee is really essential for us, since it covers the costs associated with a return, including the time taken for the warehouse to check the box, process the paperwork, receive stock back into inventory and for accounts to finalise the refund for you. So, as you can see multiple departments are involved in the processing of a return and while we’d love to make it at zero cost, we cannot unfortunately.
