I would recommend Universal Fan's to anyone based on my experience with them. They had a fan I particularly liked which I couldn't find elsewhere and delivered it promptly and in good condition.
The items were exactly as described and worked perfectly for my project. The quality is first rate and their web site was well developed and easy to use. I'll be back for my next project.
Took two months for them to deliver the fan. Initially thinking it would only take 4 working days. Minimal support, I had to follow up numerous times. Very disappointed

Hi, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’ve looked into this and we sincerely apologise for letting you down. We do our best to provide accurate ETAs, but in this case it looks like we failed to do so. There were a number of factors that contributed to this, including a miscommunication with our supplier and reduced staffing levels over the Easter period. The rating is based on delivery and follow up. The fans look good but have yet to be installed so nothing more can be said until they are in operation.
