Unfortunately this is the first we have heard of your dissatisfaction
The text messages were sent from our representative in Ibiza, and I agree that the tone of the message is totally wrong and we have taken this up with our local representative as a matter of urgency. We always ask our local representative to inform us if there are any issues, including noise, so that WE can communicate with you / our customer. We would certainly not have used this tone with you - please accept our apologies
Regarding items being broken then again of course this its totally unsatisfactory - but we ask customers to inform us of any issues so that we can resolve whilst you are in Ibiza and I know we didn't receive any communication from you.
I have left a message for you to discuss your comments and I will also follow up with an email to you
