Surprisingly quiet on the Grand Union canal, very relaxing holiday.

Booking was excellent, good customer service throughout. A sign at the top of the road leading right down the hill would be helpful. Definitely book again as very friendly.

Brilliant Service, can’t fault them.

Third time we have used them. I can’t fault Union Carriers from start to finish. Not all canal boat hirers are as organised, friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any problems with our boat Wenlock....

Very enjoyable, children enjoyed it also - relaxing but also an adventure

Booking and pre-hire hire information all fine. Welcome was OK but not especially warm - the older woman in the office when we arrived seemed hassled.

A relaxing step away from the rat race.

The hand over was relaxed and cheerful and set the tone for the week, the boat was clean and organised and had everything we needed. I don’t think it could have gone better.
