Ordered blinds twice in 2 weeks. The website says 3 days guaranteed, but the first order took a week. I called for the second order as needed them within 5 days and got told if I order before 12.00pm...

Firstly I would like to extend my apologies for any confusion or inconvenience placed upon you in regards to the delivery time.
As detailed within our Shoppers Information pertained on our website. Wood venetian products have a estimated dispatch time of 3-5 working days (subject to stock availability), however there is also a 48hr delivery allowance on top of that.
In regards to any issues with faults with the product please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to assist you with any further queries.
