Further to our telephone conversation in relation to this, the goods appear to have been lost in transit. We have only became aware that you had not received your product as a result of this review as no calls were made to advise us of the non receipt.
As discussed the goods are being remade and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

I ordered blind as I have used them before the blind came put the pull cord was missing I was asked to send picture of this and a replacement was sent very quickly
