The blinds have not been delivered even though UPS say they have. I tried to call unbeatable blinds was asked to leave my number for a call back which hasn't happened yet!!!

Further to our telephone conversation in regards to the above comments whereupon you have brought to our attention that your goods have not in fact been delivered. I would again like to stress my apologies on behalf of UPS as it would appear they have delivered you goods to the wrong address to which an investigation is being processed.
As discussed replacement goods will be issued with immediate effect.
