The review would have been excellent but the delivery was a nightmare - the local depot (1 mile from our home) has been closed for good, we had to make a round trip of 50 miles to collect our blinds....
When we ordered the blind we chose standard delivery. I tried to track it to find out which day it would arrive, but I was unable to track as your system rejected the details you had given me to log...

I would like to apologise on behalf of our courier for the delays you experienced with your delivery. Unfortunately, on occasion deliveries can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
The log in is based on the email address provided at the time of purchase, therefore the same email account needs to be used when logging into your account. I can see that our sales team resolved this issue for you.

In two of our rooms the original blinds were looking mouldy and stained. I measured the minimum sizes on both windows and ordered new ones. One set I completely replaced, just re-using the 3 brackets...
