Ordering process was simple & product arrived quickly. However we never received an email confirming the order or when to expect delivery. Once it was out for delivery we were kept updated by UPS.

I would have rated the service excellent but for the lack of fitting instructions.
The web site does provide a reasonable guide but doesn't give you any help as to how to asses the correct distance...
