Good morning,
Thank you for kindly taking the time to provide your feedback. The information provided by our customer service team is correct. Your blind measured 90cm inclusive of brackets 89cm excluding. If you required the blind to be exactly 90cm it should have been ordered as EXACT size rather than RECESS as we make adjustments to the overall width to accommodate the brackets and fixings to allow the blind to fit perfectly within the recess of your window.

still can not fit the blinds because the parts supplied do not match up so I am still left with a blind that I cannot put up.

Blinds fit perfectly. Despite the fact that both I ordered turned out to be the same colour, we decided the colour suited the bathroom, so didin't return the one that should have been bright rust.
