As advised delivery timescales are subject to stock availability. In this instance you were informed the wood was out of stock until approximately the 22/02 by voicemail and email. Due to the unavoidable delay we refunded your shipping costs as you wished to wait on your original selection as per our telephone call. Thankfully the wood arrived earlier than anticipated and was issued to you immediately to save any further delay.We have repeatedly left voicemails and have answered your calls so I am truly sorry that you feel we have lacked in communicating with yourself. Very hard to get hold of customer service if you have a,query. Never known a company to have "due to a very high call volume" message for 6/7/8hrs a day !
It was easy to find the blind I needed and simple to order it to the appropriate dimensions. Delivery was quite quick - less than a week for a made-to-measure roller blind. And it was very good value.
