They initially got the wrong colour sent to us, which was annoying. When we spoke to them though they redeemed themselves as the response was fantastic and the new blind is good quality.

They would have a better review if they just replied to e-mails and answer the phone.The web site says they dispatch in 3 days but they don't it's a bit longer.Anything from 7 to 10 days.
Blinds took longer than their website implies (a friend found that's the case also) it's almost a bit misleading!
