Blind looks great but within fist couple of days left edge has frayed and it tangles and gets jammed. We have to operate it very slowly and keep back tracking up and down to get it to position.

Had a problem with delivery of my order. After trying to contact by phone what seemed about 50 times leaving a message but never got a call back. Very poor phone service.

A next day delivery promise ended up as 8 days and I only had communication when I emailed asking where my order was.
