Hi Roger - I am sorry you given us a one star delivery (Service) review. DPD say you werent home and were instructed to leave it at the local drop shop, which you collected. This agrees with their delivery history. You always have the option to contact us and we can request redelivery for you. We also pass on special instructions to help the delivery drivers but sadly, neither of these were used. Please always contact us first if you have a delivery problem because leaving a bad review only damages a business.
