Apologies that you are not happy with the service you received. Our terms and conditions advise that you check your spam folder if you have not received email notifications from us as they are triggered from your order and should be instantly received unless there is a typing error in your address. We also have all information regarding delivery times and expected delays set out in our Terms and Conditions due to the current health crisis. Unfortunately, the delivery side of our service is out of our hands and determined by the service chosen at checkout. We did try to communicate with you by email, text and phone call but had no response back from you. We are happy to see that you received your order yesterday, 6 days from us dispatching.
