I am so sorry your order hasn't arrived. I can confirm it was sent by the selected EU Economy on 9/6/20. This service is untracked and uses the normal postal system, which is usually reliable in the EU. Because of the current pandemic, delivery timescales have increased dramatically on both the UK & France, with orders taking two to three weeks to be delivered. We always try and offer a range of services but we have to follow the quarantine advice, which can change very quickly.
